PEAK WEEK!!! The fourth week of training is what Coach Chris and Elle call the Peak Week! This is the final week of this 4-week program where the goal is to achieve your personal best. The good news is after workout number 20 we start a new 4-week and Coach Chris will intentionally bring the intensity down in order for you to recovery from this weeks tough training.
