July Maintenance Program
Introducing our 3-day-a-week BUILD & BURN Program!
This 4-week program consists of a mixture of metabolic resistance training combining Straight Sets, Super Sets, Tri-Sets to finish you off. The goal is to train hard three time a week following these workouts and remain active in-between with low intensity movement such as NEAT, walking, yoga, outdoor sports etc.
🛎️ Your Main Resistance Tools:
Get ready to utilize your bodyweight, dumbbells, and a barbell for those who have one.
🚨 Taking a Break:
We will not be using rubber resistance bands in this program as the main tool. However, if your at the cottage or traveling, you could sub in the rubber bands with some of the banded moves.

Lower Body - Metabolic Resistance combining Straight Sets, Super Sets, Tri-Sets to finish you off! You will need light to medium/heavy dumbbells or a bar, bench, swissball and a mat.

Upper Body - Metabolic Resistance combining Straight Sets, Super Sets, Tri-Sets to finish you off! You will need light to medium/heavy dumbbells, bench, swissball and a mat.
